About the project

The Communication Management in Tourism project is the result of an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership. The project has been developed by 5 partner entities located in Romania, Cyprus and Italy and it`s purpose is to improve and optimize the communication skills and techniques of people working in the Tourism/ HoReCa industries. The project is designed as a means to elevate the standards of services provided by any business where there is direct communication with the clients, through various educational and training materials and a series of tools that will not only create new professional behaviors but will also change inappropriate attitudes in regards to customer relationships. The instruments developed within the project represent a modality of gaining new knowledge and practical abilities that will lead to an improvement of specific competences in communication, therefore a higher standard and business performance.
